NOW WHAT ?
I don't know
because I have mixed emotions about competing in the WPO. I'm not excited
about getting my ass handed to me by going in un-jacked but part of me
still wants the 1200. The 1200 will fall in the next 6 months by some
lifter, that's a done deal. It's just a personal goal for me.
There aren't
many meets in this area this time of year and my new contract with WABDL
puts me on the road a lot in the next few months. Training won't alway be
ideal. Then again, this last training cycle was anything but that.
I've been
throught a lot personally in my life the last few years and it has aged me
and angered me. I am sitting on the fence with many issues I face daily.
I'm reminded of a song MudVayne just relased that has a line in it that
says..."time to get busy living or get busy dying..." , and that's me in a
nutshell.
So, once
again, for a while, my training will be in limbo until you see me post
what I have decided to do. My post meet workouts are scary stupid, so I
have chosen not to post those, but I will start posting again next week.

first one ever. Got it from my knee collapsing on the leg press last week
and allthe weight shifted to my right leg. My left knee is really bad., No

rain..got pissed at my builders for working on my remodeled house that

days straight here)...Anyways, here is how it went tonight...squatted with
Levi, Leon, Ashley and Agnar....bar/10, 135/5, 245/5, 345/5, 435/5, 545/3,
705/5, 805/2, 915/1...called it good. Physically exhausted . Finish the
workout tomorrow. The video of these squats will most likely be up on

deep. .
