Taking it easy with a 903 squat. I had planned to do the elusive 1102 at
this meet. I did an easy 1070 5 days before this meet but tore my
quad in the process. I figured this would be the bare minimum I would have
to squat to qualify for the WPO Semi's in November.
An old friend of mine I met in Idaho Falls some years back, Travis Mash,
hands off to me for an easy 562. At the time this was a new pr for
me.
Locking out 562 as Travis looks on.
On the way down with 578 on my last attempt. This turned out to be a
very easy lift. After this attempt was the first time I believed
that I could now do 600.
Setting up to pull the bare minimum needed to qualify for the WPO Semi's
in New Orleans in November, 727 pounds. This was my first try at using a
deadlift suit again. It was too loose, but had to be because of my
missing finger.
Locking out and holding a silly weight of 727. All I'm thinking
after this pull is that it's time to ice my leg and get the hell out of
here. |
