MONSTER MUSCLE PUSH PULL , DECEMBER 11,

I was only here to set up a table and promote Irongladiators, my store
front. I also helped out and took some pics of my training partners and good
friends. There are tons more pics, but below are some from that day. Saw some
good lifts. Agnar pulled 700 and benched a PR 525 in his new single Rage X.
Ashley Roberts took 455 for a ride in the bench and just missed 500. Luke after
a long layoff benched 405. Matt Ludwig I believe did 525 in the bench.
