IPA WEST COAST NATIONALS, NOVEMBER 12, 2005

This is a shot before my 903. Gordon Olson is wrapping my knees. He drove all the way down from Astoria to wrap me. Thanks my friend.

One more shot before the opener of 903.

This is a shot of the 903.  My openers always feel like crap.

After a 2 year hiatus, Aganr, my training partner, hits all time PR for him with a 859.  I couldn't be more happy or proud of him. He completely detached his patella tendon two years ago and came back to hit this monster squat. The man only trains when the meet gets close. He has the genetics of a freak.

Ashley's 903. Looked good. That stance looks familiar to me. I wonder why.

Here's a pic of my famous shoulder roll in the canvas before I dunk 1008.

On the descent of 1008. Behind me is Axel Adalstteinnson, Agnar's brother. He came down from Seattle to wrap and handle Agnar. He also handed off to us in the bench.  Thanks big man.

All done with 1008.  It was a personal tested best 1008.

Bench attempt. No idea what the weight is.

Sick as hell, couldn't touch and broke my wrists to touch, still came this close with 633. Just missed.

I was having troule touching all day. I let my shirt ride high on this attempt and I touched too easy. This is far as my last attempt wth 633 went.

An extra one for remembrance.

More of the three stooges. Leon Josaitis, Ashley Roberts and me, the knucklehead.

We brought Leon to the darkside and got him in a canvas. He'll be at 700 in a year at 165.

Post squat meltdown. Filled up on powerade and a protein bar.

This time Levi, the magical Liger joined us. He ripped off a 672 bench at 242. Nice work!!!

The newest thing I'm proud of. My company, Irongladiators.Com is putting togeher teams in competition. this was our first one and would be competitive at nationals. Nice job guys. First place team trophy. Front row left to right: Ryan Rigdon, Larry Hook, Leon Josaitis, shithead, Donovan Boell.  Back row left to right: Paul Ratsch, Gregg Damminga, Ashley Roberts, Agnar Adalsteinnson. Marc Caplan had to pull out at the last minute.

2nd team picture. Some of us have been around a while in this sport. Many in this picture are just starting to make some waves in the sport. It won't be long before alot of these guy's names are mentioned often in magazines and in record books. Thanks guys for being on my team!!!
